The certification, awarded by the Sustainability Education Academy (Sustemy), is a testament to the engineers’ technical expertise in understanding what is involved in comprehensive energy audits that meet the rigorous standards of investment-grade assessments. With this certification, these engineers now understand what is involved in evaluating energy usage across various sectors and in providing actionable insights for reducing energy consumption and costs.
The engineers are now moving onto the final phase of their assessment, the submission of an Investment Grade Energy Audit. Submission of an audit that meets the high standards set by Sustemy will result in the achievement of full Investment Grade Energy Auditor Certification; demonstrating that they have both the knowledge and skills to conduct detailed energy assessments that influence high-level financial decisions, including investments in energy-saving technologies. By obtaining this certification, Comin Khmere’s engineers will be uniquely qualified to help organizations achieve meaningful energy savings and long-term sustainability goals.
