Introduction

Welcome to this course on tools for energy auditors.

As an energy auditor, having a good toolkit will improve the quality of your audit, leading to better estimates of savings potential. Good tools can also be time savers, and help you communicate.

To get the most from the course I suggest you do the exercises during the lessons – often you’ll be asked to think about an issue and put your response into the comment box.

Do this now by thinking about and listing the must-have tools you think you need, as an energy auditor. Put your response in the comment box, then move onto the next lesson.
