Provisional Investment Grade Energy Auditor Assessment Description

The assessment involves both verifying your identity and undertaking an interview.

The Certification Administrator will contact you and ask you to provide a range of information to verify your identity.

Once your identity is established, you will also have to attend an interview, which will run for about an hour. During the interview an expert energy engineer will ask you a series of questions in relation to energy auditing. You will also be asked to undertake some calculations, and can use a spreadsheet or calculator to do so.

The interview will take place virtually.

The instructor will provide written feedback following the interview, and determine if you are competent or not.

This assessment is only available to those who have completed all eight courses in the energy audit series and whose identity has been verified.

This final assessment is only accessible to those who have successfully completed the eight courses in the energy audit series and who are a Provisional Investment Grade Energy Auditor.
