Anabell Villanueva

Anabell holds a Masters Degree in Public Management from Institute of Higher Studies in Administration - IESA, Caracas, Venezuela and graduated in Sociology - first in class - from the Central University of Venezuela.

Anabell´s focus has been crafting structures, processes and policies for non-profit organizations and the private sector from a sustainability and purpose driven perspective. Anabell's strategic vision combined with her operational abilities has made her an emphatic advisor to entrepreneurs and companies.

Her experience at one of the Big Four Companies, KPMG, as well as in the nonprofit world with organizations such as United Way, have endowed her with a multicultural perspective to businesses while maintaining high operational standards.

She understood that leadership is key for success in organizations and that transformation usually comes from a few committed individuals that inspire the collective spark. She also came to the realization that for businesses to thrive, integrating purpose, values and personal experience is an essential, powerful component to coalesce effective, purpose driven, meaningful action.

Anabell cultivates a presence in her daily life by practicing meditation, visualization and the Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, Hoʻoponopono.

She is forever inspired by Gandhi’s quote “Be the change you want to see in the world” and is committed to lead by example too.
