Her experience at one of the Big Four Companies, KPMG, and in the nonprofit world with organizations such as United Way, has endowed her with a multicultural perspective on businesses while maintaining high operational standards.

She understands that leadership is vital for success in organizations and that transformation usually comes from a few committed individuals that inspire the collective spark.

Anabell cultivates a presence in her daily life by practicing meditation, visualization, and the Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, Hoʻoponopono.

She is forever inspired by Gandhi's passage, "Be the change you want to see in the world."
